This entire Townhoue offers all the comforts of home. It has private front and rear access and includes 3 double bedrooms, master bedroom with balcony, a glimpse of the Marina from 2 bedrooms, one bath/shower/toilet upstairs and a WC downstairs. A well equipped laundry and kitchen. This Townhouse has been newly decorated and in excellent condition. There is an undercover BBQ area and a quiet little front garden in which to sit and enjoy the local wildlife. Located next to the Marina and Cruising Yacht Club, bike track, children's playground, local shops and supermarket, Post Office and train station all within a 10 minute walk we believe it offers the perfect location! A walk through a gate will take you along the Marina foreshore to the local restaurants. The Townhouse is located in a very quiet and safe area and the locals are very friendly!
Guest access is private entry from front and rear of house. Parking available for two cars on site, one being undercover parking.
Interaction with guests
The hosts live a stone throw away and are therefore close by should you need us. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable and as pleasurable as possible! The only thing we ask in return is that you respect and look after this Townhouse as if it were your own.
Other things to note
This entire Townhouse is situated in a very quiet area and offers complete privacy with a private front and rear access. It has been newly decorated and in excellent condition. There is a scenic off road bike track right on the doorstep which extends all the way past Semaphore to Glanville. Stop off at Semaphore for lunch or just a coffee or ice cream or just make your way down to one of the beautiful local beaches. For those of you who enjoy a game of gulf, the local Gulf Club is situated within a 15 min walk.
