• Check-in time is 2 pm and check out time is 10 am. Unless prior arrangements are made, *subject to availability
• Please note this property is strictly non-smoking both inside and outside.

• The house sleeps 6 people max.
• Minimum 4-7 nights during high season (school holidays, Christmas and Easter).
• Minimum 2 nights at all other times.
• Please leave the house clean & tidy. We have allowed 2 hours to clean following your stay. If the house is left in a condition where it takes longer than the allocated 2 hours, the extra cleaning charge, by the hour, will come from the bond.
• $800 refundable bond is required per booking, which is refundable upon cleaner inspection with 5-14 days after your stay.
