Great spot, in the middle of everything, clean and bright and colourful. Plenty of room and everything was quality. Add the private parking and views and it was a perfect mini-getaway!

Loved the location of this property, across the road from the beach, right in the heart of Victor Harbour to walk to food venues and nice clean and very comfortable appartments.It was a dream waking up to the beach every morning.We Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, literally in the centre of town with an ocean view. Short walk to the pubs and restaurants. Very well appointed kitchen. underground parking. Thanks to Lyn for immediately sorting out the BBQ gas. Just Fantastic....

Stay at Unit 9 Breeze Beachfront Apartment

The accommodation was excellent. Beds were very comfortable with amazing sea views. Kate our hostess was excellent and attentive to our extra requirements, which were appreciated. We will book more holidays through Unwind.

Comfortable and Convenient to everything

Once we located the pickup point for our accommodation keys, which is some distance away, everything went smoothly. Everything was provided for, and it was all very neat and tidy. The main bed we had was very comfortable, but I cannot comment on the bedding in the other two rooms. Airconditioning was effective and very quiet. There are quite a few stain marks on the bedroom carpets which may come out with a bit of a shampoo everything else was immaculate. Kate was helpful when we enquired about locating information regarding the internet connection.

Excellent Apartment

Stayed with golf group. Apartment was ideal as it had secure access as well as a balcony with easy access to the street & ocean. It was spacious, plenty of room in the lounge & kitchen areas, two QS bedrooms & the third room had two single beds. All rooms had their own privacy. The main room also had an ensuite. Very good accommodation, would stay there again.

Fabulous unit

One of the standout features of the unit was the panoramic view from the balcony. It became our favorite spot for morning coffees and sunset gazing ( though it was winter month) - we soaked in the picturesque coastal landscape and savored moments of tranquility. Location was absolutely unbeatable. The convenience of having the beach at our doorstep made our vacation truly special though it was the winter season! Plenty of shops nearby - restaurants and cafes alike …. The apartment in itself was a cozy haven that provided all the comforts of home - well-designed layout offered ample space for our family, allowing us to relax and unwind together. The tastefully furnished rooms were clean &comfortable. And very strong wifi connection.

Fabulous Family Stay

We, Nana and Pop, our son , his wife and family of 3 girls under 7 from Brisbane enjoyed a 3 generations family catch up at Burnt Orange after a combined 70th birthday in Adelaide. Warm, comfortable and really convenient to all the local amenities and amusements. Granite Island. Horse tram, playground, shops and beach before we even got into the car. A real holiday on the coast in real luxury for us all in Breeze No 9.Thanks Kate our fabulous host.
